1. Eligibility for Refund/Return
- For perishable items, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of damage or wrong product (photo/video) is required.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund/Return
- Items consumed or used after delivery
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Products damaged due to customer handling
3. Refund Process
- Email us at support@srivifresh.com with your order number and issue.
- Attach clear proof (photo/video) of the product.
- Our support team will verify your request within 48 hours.
If applicable:
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 working days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 5-7 working days
4. Exchange Policy
If eligible, we can replace the item instead of issuing a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after preparation begins.
- For cancellations before processing, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
